The Tortoise Mindset


For the most part, the results we are looking for will rarely come quickly.


In a month ...
+ Exercising 3-4 times a week
+ Reading one book 
+ Invest a small amount

may not show much results.


Let's focus on just taking the next tiny step in the right direction.

If we take these principles to heart, we may have the following results within 12 months :

+ We would have exercised 155+ times, and enough to have an impact on our health and appearance.


+ We would have read 12 books to be enriched with new insights, ideas, and concepts.


+ We would have started the habit of regular investing, and will continue to benefit from the compounding effect over time.


It's our consistency that makes the huge compounding difference over time.


Consistency creates Momentum.

The Momentum creates Progress.

The Progress creates Self-Confidence.

The Self-confidence starts shaping a new, more resourceful and empowering Identity.

This new identity creates positive changes in our life.
